Hi, I’m Kara. I’m a trained holistic health and wellness coach who helps women simplify their path to feeling good again — body, mind, and spirit.
If you’ve ever felt drained, sluggish, foggy, or just “off,” you’re not alone. Life gets busy, stress builds, and before we know it, we’re running on fumes. I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and create a rhythm of health that actually feels good — not like another to-do list.
Through plant-based nourishment, gentle energy resets, and simple daily rituals, I help you bring your body back into balance and your mind back to calm.
My own wellness journey began after breast cancer, an experience that changed everything and reminded me what truly matters: real food, deep rest, meaningful connection, and joy. That’s why I do what I do.
This isn’t about perfection or pressure. It’s about learning to nourish, restore, and enjoy your life — one small, doable shift at a time.

Plant Based Nutrition Workshop
“Eat Food. Mostly Plants. Not too much” ~ Michael Pollen. Taking Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition and simplifying it is Kara’s message for this workshop. Learn what Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition is (and what it isn’t), the reasons people chose it and the long list of benefits you can expect from adopting more of a plant based way of eating. She will address some common myths and offer easy, actionable steps to get started as well as resources to continue your inquiry or journey into this way of eating and living.

Holistic Health & Wellness Workshop
