I coach people just like you who want to transition into a whole foods plant based lifestyle and feel lighter, more energetic (sleep better), more focused and begin their whole-health, anti-cancer lifestyle.
My journey began in 2018 after a breast cancer diagnosis that rocked my entire world. I delved into everything about healing and immunity boosting and longevity. The first topic that came up for me was nutrition and healing WITH food. I was hooked! I mean, could the foods I was putting in my body help me or hurt me? (spoiler alert - YES)
I began a deep dive into this way of eating and learned how eating and nourishing my body with whole plant based foods also brought SO much more to my life - energy, focus, a healthy weight and even better skin! Not to mention, I am decreasing my odds of getting cancer again, suffering from heart disease (women’s #1 killer in the US), lowering my chances of diabetes, stroke, Alzheimers and many more chronic lifestyle diseases.
