From Pantry to Pilates- Transformation! (And the Magic of Coaching)

Strange title, huh? Let me explain! I had just wrapped up with a client (Miss S.) after she went through my Empower & Elevate: 3 Month Transformation signature program and the last call involved us reviewing her entire journey. With just a few minutes left on the call she told me that she and her husband had removed an entire section of shelving in their pantry that previously was used for their processed/boxed foods and with the newfound space available they put in a pilates machine. Wait, what?!! I found that amazing!!!

We had a good laugh because I immediately said, “wait, this could be an amazing title for a blog post to share your journey” and she loved it as much as I did!

She experienced what many people experience when starting out in a coaching program/coaching relationship. Miss S was very excited about the “homework” and “assignments” that I initially give in the beginning and she poured all of her energy into them (to my delight). But as we reviewed her assessments and dug deeper in each session, eventually she saw that what she listed as her biggest challenge or “issue” was, in fact, not that at all.

And that, my friends, is the beauty and magic of coaching. As a coach I do not tell you what to do or what you should do. We dig deep (you must do the work!) and we dig until YOU come up with your own answers. Because the answers are in you the whole time. And as you pull back the veil to really see what you need, I’m there every step of the way. To hold you accountable, ask you questions that have you thinking and feeling more deeply and to give you encouragement and nudges. But, let’s be honest. YOU do all the work. And that’s why YOU get all the reward.

From Pantry to Pilates
I recently completed a transformative 3-month coaching program with Coach Kara, focusing on the six foundations of holistic health. This journey has been nothing short of life-changing for me!

From the outset, Kara's program was tailored to my individual needs. Her holistic approach didn't just focus on physical health but encompassed mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The plant-based diet, coupled with a dedicated space for physical exercise, has truly revolutionized how I approach my health. My family also thanks Kara, because I am a lot more calm and relaxed once I started her program.

Don’t get me wrong, if you aren’t ready to fully commit and give it your all, the program may not work for you as well as it did for me.
